Mostly, I create in the dark after everyone has gone to bed. Because my canvas is my screen, painting early into the morning is very typical. This particular piece was created in the dark, and reflects the moody corner of my bedroom, light flooding the side of our bed where I'm busy changing colors and playing with strokes. Layers of blue and green are interrupted by a pop of melon orange and a burst of light. Small pencil lines add interest and depth. Bleeds, splatters, and scribbles are arranged pleasingly, you could also rotate this piece and enjoy it horizontally.

All prints are “made to order” locally here on the Central Coast of California and are:

  • hand cut

  • hand signed by me, Jenna, in gold acrylic

  • packaged with care, and shipped from my studio

I print on flat, unstretched matte canvas which can be framed with or without glass, or stretched over wooden stretcher bars. Unsure of what size you need? Take a look at my Print Size Guide where each size is paired with their respective aspect ratio. My goal is to offer you a variety of sizes to fit the needs of your space. In order to do that, some sizes of the art have been cropped ever so slightly and will differ slightly from the image you see online.

Your print will arrive in 7-10 business days, securly rolled in a tube or in a rigid envelope, depending on the size. We recommend taking it out immediately and laying it flat in a safe place or framing it straight away. Most pieces work well with a simple gold, white, or light/natural wood frame with a white mat. Please visit my FAQ page for framing suggestions!
